Every Étoilora™ piece is inspired by timeless vintage elegance or a breathtaking design discovered on our journeys around the world. Each concept is meticulously sketched, refining its scale and proportions before bringing it to life. ✨
CAD and MOLDING
Depending on the design’s needs, each Étoilora™ piece follows a precise creation process. Some sketches are transformed into digital designs by our CAD experts, while others are hand-carved in wax by our skilled artisans to create a rubber mold. Most custom and personalized pieces are crafted using CAD technology, then 3D printed in wax for impeccable detail. ✨
CASTING
This is where the magic happens. Using the lost wax casting technique, each wax model is carefully encased in plaster within a flask. As molten gold is poured in, the wax melts away, allowing the gold to take its perfect shape—bringing every Étoilora™ piece to life with brilliance and precision. ✨
metal forming and LASER CUTTING
For pieces that don’t require casting—like our engraved charms and ID cuffs—we use a meticulous metal forming process. Molten gold is carefully shaped through rolling mills, then passed through a hot conveyor oven to create gold plates. These pure gold sheets are then expertly cut by hand or with precision laser technology, ensuring every Étoilora™ piece is flawlessly crafted and ready for personalization. ✨
JEWELER and CRAFTSMANSHIP
Once transformed into solid gold and meticulously cleaned to its raw form, the piece is ready for assembly. At this stage, we attach chains to castings, prepare settings for diamonds, add prongs for a secure hold, and carefully inspect each detail before moving on to the final finishing touches. Every Étoilora™ piece is crafted with precision to ensure flawless beauty and lasting elegance. ✨
stone setting, ENAMEL and BEADING PROCESS
This is where the magic truly comes to life—transforming raw metal into a stunning Étoilora™ masterpiece. For pieces adorned with diamonds or gemstones, our expert stone setters meticulously hand-set each stone under a microscope, ensuring flawless precision and security. If your design features enamel, it is carefully applied in the color of your choice. And for beaded bracelets, our skilled artisans handcraft each one with exceptional attention to detail. Every step is a testament to artistry, passion, and perfection. ✨
POLISHING and FINISHING
Every Étoilora™ piece undergoes a meticulous final polish to achieve its signature mirrored golden finish. Our Artisan Polishing Team carefully refines each detail, ensuring a flawless shine. Once perfected, the piece is immersed in a hot ultrasonic bath and steam-sanitized, removing any traces of the production process. The result? A radiant, polished masterpiece ready to shine with you. ✨
